1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the dktk1 platform — whether through a web browser on a mobile device or any other means — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the dktk1 platform and should close or exit the site immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and dktk1 and govern your use of the platform, superseding any prior written or oral agreements. dktk1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use dktk1, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dktk1 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any other person or organization. Corporate accounts and shared accounts are not permitted on dktk1.
• You have not previously been excluded from dktk1 or any other betting platform for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of terms. Previously banned users who re-register are subject to immediate permanent closure.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of dktk1 or any of its affiliated service providers. Employees and affiliates are ineligible to hold player accounts.

3. Account Registration

When you register a dktk1 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, a valid phone number registered in Bangladesh, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, and a secure password. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus winnings forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dktk1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure.
• You must notify dktk1 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, or if your registered phone number has been transferred to another person.
• dktk1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

dktk1 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other individual. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dktk1 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made on the platform:

• The minimum deposit on dktk1 is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account instantly once confirmed by the payment provider. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes to a few hours, subject to verification requirements.
• dktk1 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment method used to deposit must match the name on the registered dktk1 account. Deposits originating from unverified or mismatched sources may be returned and the account reviewed.
• dktk1 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may charge their own standard transfer fees for outbound transactions, which are outside dktk1's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. dktk1 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, and to report such activity to appropriate authorities.

Funds held in your dktk1 account do not accrue interest. dktk1 is not a financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in any regulated banking sense. If you wish to close your account and withdraw your balance, contact support at [email protected].

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dktk1 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms published on the dktk1 platform.
• Bonuses are credited to the registered account holder only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted into cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• dktk1 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This includes removing a bonus from an account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, where terms have not been complied with, or where a technical error resulted in an unintended credit.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by opening duplicate accounts or using different phone numbers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as BPL and IPL, or cultural occasions such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh, are time-limited and valid only during the promotional window specified in the relevant offer details. Expired promotions cannot be claimed retrospectively.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the dktk1 platform, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket and sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dktk1 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet. Please review the bet slip carefully before confirming your wager.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will be made according to the applicable sport-specific rules as published on the dktk1 platform. Generally, incomplete matches with fewer than the minimum overs required under official rules will be settled as void.
• dktk1 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error or data feed error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, affected bets will be refunded to the originating account at the staked amount.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are disclosed in the betting interface. dktk1 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and to decline bets that exceed published maximums.

Use of automated betting software, bots, or any scripted system to place bets on dktk1 is strictly prohibited. dktk1 employs detection systems to identify non-human betting patterns. Accounts found using automated tools will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

dktk1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours for daily limits and 7 days for weekly or monthly limits.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

dktk1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Without limiting the generality of this right, the following circumstances will typically result in account action:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including false identity documents submitted for KYC verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity including chargebacks, unauthorized payment reversals, use of stolen payment credentials, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other reason that provides an unfair advantage.
• Failure to comply with a KYC verification request within the timeframe specified by dktk1. Where a withdrawal is pending at the time of account suspension, dktk1 will retain the funds pending verification. If verification is successfully completed, the funds will be released. If verification fails, the funds may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dktk1 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, design elements, text, graphics, images, and game interfaces — is the property of dktk1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dktk1 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any dktk1 content without the prior written permission of dktk1. Any unauthorized use of dktk1 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the individual to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dktk1 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the dktk1 platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions caused by events outside dktk1's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, power outages, and third-party payment system outages.

dktk1 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that all betting markets will be available at all times, or that the platform will be free from errors or defects. dktk1 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access given the nature of internet-based services.

11. Amendments to These Terms

dktk1 may revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dktk1 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on the dktk1 platform. Your continued use of dktk1 after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms in full.
